My iKhokha Shaker is not processing cards?

  1. Take note of error messages displayed by the iKhokha application and follow the on-screen instructions
  2. Ensure that the customer card is not damaged
  3. In the case of a Chip & PIN transaction please ensure that the card has been inserted correctly
  4. In the case of a magnetic stripe transaction please ensure that the card has been swiped correctly with the magnetic stripe facing inwards, towards the magnetic stripe card reader
