Apart from the Shaker Solo, every iKhokha card machines connect to your iOS or Android smartphone through Bluetooth.
All you need is 3G reception or Wifi.
The Shaker Solo has built-in 3G and doesn’t require a phone.
■ What documents do I need to activate my iKhokha?
• Copy of your ID
• 1 month bank statement
• Business Registration (only required if you are applying under a business account. No need for it otherwise.)
■ Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes, we have a 30-day money back guarantee. After which there is a 1-year warranty for manufacturing faults.
■ How, and when do I get paid?
We settle daily any amount above R10.
The funds will appear in your chosen bank account (personal or business) within 1 to 3 working days.
The amount transferred to you will be less our processing fee of R2.50 and our transaction fee of 3.16% (2.75% + VAT)
■ How long does it take to get my iKhokha?
