Getting Started with iKhokha
To signup, visit signup.ikhokha.com, enter your email, mobile number, and create a password. You'll then complete your profile by providing personal and business details, including a face scan for identity verification
Account Management
To update your personal or business details, please contact iKhokha support. You can email support@ikhokha.com or call 087 222 7000. For your security, some profile changes must be verified manually.
Tip: Mention the specific detail you'd like to change (e.g., mobile number or business name) when contacting support for faster assistance.
iKhokha Card Machines
iKhokha provides:
- iK Flyer: Standalone swipe card machine, with receipt printing.
- iK Flyer Lite: A compact, portable card machine without a printer.
- iK Tap on Phone: Accept card payments via your Android phone.

Transactions & Payouts
Fees start from 2.75% (excl. VAT) for card-present payments. Online payments range from 2.00% to 3.25% and there's a R2.50 daily payout fee. Rates may decrease as your sales grow. For full, up-to-date rates view our pricing page.
Online Payment Solutions
iK Pay Link allows you to send payment links via messaging platforms. Customers can pay securely online, and you can track payments in the app.
iK Prepaid Services
You can sell prepaid products through iKhokha, including airtime, data, electricity, DStv, Lotto and gaming vouchers. Availability may depend on your device, profile or setup, so some merchants may need activation or support if a prepaid option is not yet visible
iK Cash Advance
It’s a flexible business loan based on your card sales. Eligible merchants receive an offer in the app and repay it automatically from daily sales.
